Setup
CEFF (aka- STOKE) [Speed] = Initial direction (0 = left) [Speed 2] = Speed Unused enemy by Nintendo (It does appear in the Enemies Allowed list in room $79A44 though). Its palette is bad. Can be made to be red without adjusting the palette, but not sure how.
